Umeda Cheese Labo
At Umeda Cheese Labo, they serve cheesecakes that are made with meringue, custard, and six kinds of cheese with individual characteristics. These are milky mascarpone; gouda that’s finely balanced sweetness and umami; slightly sour cheddar; creamy camembert; strong, salty parmesan; and gorgonzola with unique stimulating sharpness.
The cheesecake is best eaten with spoons (¥216 each). Six types of soft and creamy cheese lend different flavor profiles to the cheesecakes!

Precious cheese cake 301
The Melting Basque Cheesecake is made with the cooking method of the Basque region of Spain. It has a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture because of the 301 grams of Hokkaido’s fresh cream that’s used to make it. That is three times the quantity of a regular cheesecake! The black burnt part gives this cheesecake an interesting flavor and the roasted aroma is the secret to its taste.
Melting Basque Cheesecake comes in two sizes: Small (12cm/¥1,944) and large (16cm/¥3,024)
The flavor is rich and fresh at the same time. The burnt surface is what adds a punch to the flavor of the cheese.

This cheesecake specialty store goes by the theme “cheesecake for ladies.” The unique cheese terrine is delicious, along with the cute and colorful rare cheesecake Cuicui. They have combined rich cheese and cheese of many flavors to create this dish.
Cuicui (¥432~ each) is a colorful cheesecake with a combination of cheese and different flavors.
The cheesecakes are cute just like their name, and they have a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The reasonable 5-piece set (¥2,268) is also popular—great to share between friends and family.
