Kobe Beef Diner Amona is a creperie turned into a western restaurant. Its main store in Kisshokichi is known for purchasing a whole champion Kobe beef. Soft marbled beef is used for the souffle omurice cooked on an iron pan for crepes. Enjoy the new rich texture in an elegant space.
Kobe Beef Souffle Omurice (¥1,100)
How cute is the perfectly round omelette that’s cooked on an iron pan for crepes? Rice used for the dish is simple with 16 varieties of grains that add spice to the umami of the sauce.

Dome au Chocolat (¥980) is limited to 5 servings per day. The dome of chocolate breaks away as it melts as you pour the sauce, revealing fruits and gelato hidden inside (the color of chocolate differs depending on the season).
“We whip meringue after we receive orders, and we make it into the unique soft texture on iron pans for crepes. Please enjoy the melting texture and umami of Kobe beef which is created by the pâtissier,” says pâtissier Mana Yoshimoto.

“It doesn’t just taste good, this omurice also looks good in photos. Please enjoy the new texture that melts when you put your spoon in it. Souffle omurice is served at lunchtime from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.,” says manager Fujikawa.
