These Strawberry Desserts Get a Japanese Touch With Red Bean Paste at This Hotel in Kyoto

At Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo Restaurant - Raffine, there are sweets made with sweet red bean paste from Nakamura Seiansho, which started in Kyoto, and new strawberry brands such as Ichigosan. The treats are made in collaboration with these two brands.


Aside from Japanese retro sweets, sweets combining Japanese and western styles such as tiramisu and tarts are becoming quite popular.
