This Hot Pot Restaurant in Tokyo Is Unlike Any Other
It's an authentic Japanese home experience.
Bane BAGUS, Akasaka-Mitsuke Branch
4/F Gessekai Building, 3-10-4 Akasaka, Minato Ward, Tokyo
Open from 2 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily and until 11 p.m. on Sundays and holidays
In most traditional Japanese homes, one can find a kotatsu, a wooden table frame covered in a thick blanket with a heat source underneath. And every winter at Bane BAGUS Akasaka-Mitsuke branch, it feels like you are in the comfort of a traditional Japanese home at their Kotatsu Terrace. This is famous among locals, and for good reason--after all, who doesn’t want to savor piping hot and delicious hot pot or nabemono in a comfortable setup during winter?
The exclusive terrace also allows customers to dine while appreciating the city skyline during nighttime.
Their classic nabemono comes in two kinds: the Local Tripe Nabe or the Seafood Nabe-shabu. In addition to their classics, they have their original hybrid of Seafood Nabe-shabu, a pot full of seafood before an indulgence of pork shabu-shabu.
