These Ricotta Pancakes Are Worth Waiting in Line For
Lucua 1100 7F, 3-1-3 Umeda Kita-ku, Osaka-shi
Open from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m (last order for food is at 10 p.m., drinks at 10:30 p.m.)
How to get there: It’s directly connected to Osaka Station.
This popular all-day casual dining restaurant has been featured on SPOTJapan for its chocolate and matcha-flavored takoyaki before, but it deserves another spot in the limelight for its specialty: ricotta pancake and scrambled eggs.
The Ricotta Pancake (¥1,620) is made from fresh eggs, and the ricotta cheese kneaded in the dough is paired wonderfully with honeycomb butter.
There is a bar counter and you can enjoy original cocktails at night.
Many books fill the bookshelf in the corner.
The artwork makes the space stylish but relaxing.
Queues are inevitable, so it’s better to go there as soon as it opens.
