Here’s Yet Another Reason Why the Starbucks in Japan Is Worth Visiting

There's always something new!

Since April, many
Starbucks branches across Japan have started selling the Starbucks Deli Box Basil Noodle & Roast Chicken and Starbucks Deli Box Tom Yum Noodle & Roast Pork (¥620, tax excl.). Created to be both well-balanced and filling, these quick meals consist of five varieties of vegetables, beans, pasta, and meat.

The Starbucks Deli Box Basil & Roast Chicken is filled with vegetables such as lettuce, sunny lettuce, and black pepper skin-on potato. It’s then topped with seven varieties of grain and red and yellow bell peppers, red onions, and cucumbers marinated in wine vinegar. The tomato dressing, with its fresh tart taste, is brought out by the wine vinegar. You can also look forward to aromatic basil noodle, linguine mixed with a generous amount of basil sauce, and thick cuts of juicy roast chicken.

The Starbucks Deli Box Tom Yum Noodle & Roast Pork is mixed with lettuce and sunny lettuce, red kidneys, cucumber, and purple cabbages. The rolled barley beans salad is topped with a lemon cream dressing made from special and aromatic cereal lemons, while the spiciness of the the Tom Yum noodle, penne mixed with Tom Yum sauce, also gives it a kick, complementing the thick cut of roast pork and half-cut soft-boiled egg.

The new deli boxes can be enjoyed in the store, but they’re also available for take out to be eaten at the office! Try one out on your next lunch!
