From rolled ice cream that looks like a unicorn to crepe shop with sky high toppings, here are some treats you just can’t miss:

There are eight kinds of topping to choose from.
This egg waffle shop that started in Hong Kong and became popular in New York has now opened its first branch in Nagoya, Japan! The batter is made with locally produced rice flour, making it crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Milk Strawberry Lovers (¥600) is made up of strawberry ice cream and a lot of condensed milk inside. You can even choose from eight kinds of toppings, such as whipped cream (additional ¥100 each), and different sauces for free so you can customize!

The butterfly decoration is made of starch, so it is edible.
Their Waffle Bar Benihoppe Ichigo (¥300) has a good balance of the strawberry’s sweetness and sourness, while the Waffle Bar Nishio Matcha (¥300) has a rich matcha flavor. The waffles are made with milk from Aichi Ranch and eggs from Atsumi Farm. Just add ¥150 and you can choose from a set with coffee or matcha drink.

The sweets mainly being sold in this shop are for to-go, but you’ll also find items such as Pancakes (¥800), Cupcakes (¥300), and Icing Cookies (¥200).
Their voluminous Cake-in-Drink (matcha) (¥580) is one of the six choices of milk drinks topped with fluffy sponge cake and pink whipped cream. It is also decorated with an edible flower that makes it even more cute!

This ice cream is surely something you have never seen before!
FUWA CANDY STORE is a rolled ice cream shop gaining attention in both New York and Harajuku. To create the rolled ice cream, they spread the cream on a frozen plate. Unicorn (¥800) is a combination of rolled strawberry ice cream and blue Hawaii ice cream topped with cotton candy, marshmallows, and wafers as the unicorn’s horn!

This popular café opened a crepe specialty shop! Besides offering crepes that use a lot of fruits, this popular-cafe-turned-crepe-specialty-shop also offers galettes and smoothies that match well with any meals. Among them, there’s Berry Berry (¥980), which is a special menu item. The crepe, cream, macaron, and candy topping are all pink. It’s then topped with a lot of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Among more than 10 kinds of handmade cakes, such as tartes and muffins, parfaits are especially popular! The ice cream in Mixed Berries Yogurt Parfait (¥850) uses two types of milk produced in Hokkaido and has a refreshing taste. There are also a sponge cake, fresh berries, and yogurt sauce inside the cup!
