Kanayama Seoul

Kanayama Seoul
is Korean restaurant serving genuine Korean cuisine, such as samgyeopsal and cheese dak-galbi. Their latest menu offering, Cheese Galmaegisal (¥1,836), is especially remarkable.

Kanayama Seoul provides a comfortable dining experience. You can even request to dine in the private rooms at the back.

Galmaegisal is a dish of grilled pork skirt marinated in a special sweet and salty sauce, then dipped in egg and served with kimchi. At Kanayama Seoul, they serve their galmaegisal with cheese as well. You can ask to have it serve in cheese fondue style, or even have it cooked as sukiyaki, or Japanese hot pot.

The grilled pork skirt in piping hot cheese fondue is a sure crowd-pleaser.

Gen’s Nishiki branch
’s specialty is beef tongue shabu-shabu. They always prepare the tongue from three kinds of beef, including black cattle. They serve also the tongue marinated kelp, which is kept for two days between sheets of kelp, to condense the flavors of the tongue.


Since all seats are in private rooms, you’re assured of a stylish dining area such as this one!

Gen’s Nishiki branch is best to go to if you’re going in a large group. The beef tongue is plated like a tower, but only for servings of three or more, plus one serving of assorted vegetables.

Italia Bar Ponte
is an Italian bar that heavily incorporates local Aichi produce in its menu. Their specialty is a cheese fondue with four kinds of cheese carefully chosen by a cheese sommelier.

Four filling and thick cheeses are used for the cheese fondue: mozzarella, camembert, cheddar, and homemade smoked cheese.

The bar is well-stocked with liquors.

The Quattro Formaggi pizza with grilled herbs, spices, and vegetables in season (¥ 3,480) is ideal for sharing between 3-4 people.

offers original Italian dishes using raclette cheese from Hokkaido. They serve the cheese at the table, pouring the softened raclette onto meat or risotto dishes. The mellow smell and creamy taste of the thick cheese makes any meal irresistible!

DAIKOKU cafe, they strive to serve appetizing, healthy and hearty meals. While they have homemade sweets, they’re better known for their healthy burgers. The burger patties are prepared by mixing minced meat with tofu or bean curd.


The Cheese Fondue Burger (¥1,380) gets a heaping dose of their special cheese sauce made of three different cheeses.

The special cheese fondue sauce that is served with their cheese fondue burgers can also be used as a dip for sausages or fresh vegetables, which are directly delivered from Nagoya market.
