Pub and the Friet are definitely serious about their fries. Cases in point: They use six kinds of potatoes, including Bintje, a kind of potato imported all the way from Belgium. To bring out the best flavors from each variant, they make sure that the cut of each potato is different. They also use originally mixed low-calorie natural vegetable oil, and fry their Friet twice to make them more savory.
