1/F Hakata Marui, 9-1 Hakata Station Chuo-Gai, Hakata District, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka
Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Last December 6,
Lipton Tea Stand opened its first store in Kyushu at Hakata Marui. Their FRUITS in TEA and tapioca milk tea menu has since been gaining popularity among the locals.

The drink lineup already looks promising!

The shop’s stand looks very kawaii with its bright colors.

Choose from different kinds of tea at the store.

Part of the experience is watching your drink being made in front of you.

The Lipton tea-infused drinks are made with frozen fruits available at the counter.

Upon ordering, the ingredients are mixed together in a cup or tumbler of your choice.

The staff uses a big funnel to add the ice and fruits inside the bottle.

Watch how the staff carefully pours tea in the bottle.

The drinks are served in your own cool tumblers.

Aside from this, you can also customize your drink by adding syrups and spices in it. There are four kinds of syrups to choose from beside the counter.

Rock me, Raspberry! (¥600) drink is a must-try. If you’re having it as an iced tea, you can select from four kinds of tea for its base. In this case, we chose Lipton’s pineapple & hibiscus tea.

Rock me, Raspberry! (on the right) and Tapioca Royal Milk Tea (Earl Grey) (on the left)

Rock me, Raspberry! has a great balance of refreshing Lipton tea and sweet, fresh fruits. Both its cute appearance and refreshing taste are enough to give you the energy for the day.

Squishing the fruits will make the flavors of the fruits spread.

On the other hand, the
Tapioca Royal Milk Tea (Earl Grey) (¥620) comes with tiny and chewy tapioca pearls. You’ll notice the scent of the milk tea spreading around the shop.

You can change the sweetness of your Tapioca Royal Milk Tea by adding syrup.

The shop’s tumblers are stylishly lined up on the wall.

There are two types of tumblers at the stand: one for cold drinks (¥1,000) and the other for hot drinks (¥1,500). However, if you bring your own tumbler, you will receive a ¥50 discount for your drink.

Make sure to take a photo or two by the tea stand!
