The Japanese soup base used in this dish perfectly tones down the rich taste of the foie gras. You can even add and cook udon noodles (¥324) with the soup for best results.

The Daily Sashimi Selection consists of eight kinds of sashimi recommendations, including the Kawachi duck. In this dish, you can enjoy the various flavors and food textures offered by the different parts of the chicken.
