Pancake with strawberries, whipped cream and macadamia nuts (¥‎1,166)

Eggs 'n Things opened in 1974 in Hawaii, pioneering the boom of pancakes. The first store in Kyushu opened in July 2014 at the West Street of Fukuoka Tenjin, an area that's frequented by young adults and business people. The store has a wide range of customers such as tourists who come in the morning and women who swing by for desserts.

When you visit the store, the first thing you should do is to order a pancake. Although whipped cream makes this breakfast fave seem heavy, its taste is a far cry from what it looks like. The whipped cream is actually light and has a soft, sweet taste. For an enjoyable eating experience, top off your pancake with guava, coconut, or maple syrup for a delicious burst of flavors!
