is part of the “Ore no” group, which includes the popular Ore no Italian and Ore no French. T-bone Steak New York Style (¥4,298/1kg) is made by grilling a huge T-bone meat in an oven at 900 degrees Celsius. The oven used by the establishment is only one of the two American 900-degree ovens found in the Kansai area. Although the dish looks a bit overwhelming, the steak is actually very tender and is grilled just right to achieve an elegant taste that will surprise you.

The meat is grilled for a short period of time to preserve its umami flavor.

In order to keep the original taste of the meat, salt and melted butter are the only seasonings used.

Ore no Bistro & Bakery a long time before they discovered the tastiest way of cooking Angus beef. They found out that grilling the meat at 900 degrees Celsius produces the perfect balance of umami, juiciness, and tenderness. The classic French Tenderloin Steak Truffle Sauce (Rossini Style, ¥2,678) is prepared by the chief chef.

Tsurumiku Oyama Chikusan’s “Naniwa Boshi no Buta” Pork Loin is served with a bone, grilled at 900 degrees, and Romesco Sauce (¥1,706).

Duck fillet with roasted framboise sauce and steamed vegetables (¥1,922) consists of 300 grams of duck meat roasted at a low temperature.
