People from Hokkaido definitely know how to make a good drink. For starters, they’ve made it a business to create alcoholic beverages or sake using local fruits. One of those drinks is the sweet and fragrant Hokkaido Mugishu Hokkaido Highball Melon (¥ 216) produced by Hokkaido Beer Brewery Co., Ltd.
While you might be familiar with the famous Yubari melon, the brewery used the sweeter Furano melon to create the drink. It’s almost too easy to forget that you’re drinking an alcoholic beverage.
Each bottle contains 200 ml, which is just enough for a casual drink with your friends. However, if you’re not a fan of melon-flavored drinks, other flavors such as apple, red grapes, and blue honeysuckle are also available for you to enjoy.
Hokkaido Highball Melon is available at Hokkaido Kurashi Store.
