Grab This Limited Edition Choco Pie Inspired by New York City Starting This Month

It's got a cream cheese filling!

, one of our favorite brands to take home as pasalubong, has recently started its limited edition CHOCO PIE series
(sekai wo tabi suru) which literally means “travel the world.” In this series, they showcase classic flavors from different cities of the world combined with that sweet choco pie that we know and love.

If you’re coming to Japan this month, you may want to check this second version of the series,
CHOCO PIE – NY Cheesecake which was released in the market last June 11.

The packaging is an illustration of New York’s panoramic scene like as if you are viewing it from a café.

Instead of the standard marshmallow filling, they have made a cheese cream filling that is inspired by New York’s popular cheesecake sandwiched with two soft and moist chocolate round cakes.

The inside of the packaging is illustrated with a plate so you can enjoy your choco pie as if you were in a café viewing New York’s famous landmarks.

They also come in 2-piece packs that you can grab from convenience stores and kiosks at train stations.
