The
KIHACHI Aoyama Main Store is once again serving its limited-edition shaved ice pasta menu called the Snow Ice Pasta from June 25 to September 30. 



The restaurant has been offering the Snow Ice Pasta since 2017 at the terrace seats during the summer. 


For this year, KIHACHI is offering four snow ice pasta dishes, including the popular
Carbonara Spaghetti with Fresh Sea Urchin and Asparagus. Each of them is inspired by different cuisines such as the Japanese Zukedon (seasoned seafood on top of rice bowl), Chinese Kurogoma Tantanmen (black sesame dandan noodles), and Santa Fe Avocado Salsa. Using premium ingredients like tuna, lobster, and chicken, every pasta dish is created with a luxurious finish.  The shaved ice topping also adds to the alluring quality of the dish and makes it even more delicious!



The
Omaruebi to Avocado no Santa Fe Fu Spaghetti (Santa Fe-style spaghetti with lobster and avocado) is one of the must-try items in the Snow Ice Pasta menu. It consists of cold tomato soup Gazpacho, avocado, lobster, and colorful summer vegetables. The dish costs ¥2,160 and includes bread, coffee or tea, and a morsel of gelato.



The
Snow Ice Pasta Maguro to Hotategai no Tarutaru Yuzu Tomato Spaghetti (tuna, scallop tartar, and citrus fruit tomato spaghetti) is inspired by the Japanese Tsukedon. It contains tuna, squid, scallops, okra, and yam. The dish’s yuzu and tomato shaved ice also has mentaiko (seasoned cod roe) on top to serve as an accent. It costs ¥1,890 and includes bread, coffee or tea, and a morsel of gelato.



The
Snow Ice Pasta Datedori to Yasai Salad Jikasei Hishio Sauce no Kurogoma Tantanmen Fu Spaghetti (chicken and vegetable salad, black sesame dandan noodle-style spaghetti with homemade sauce) is a new type of noodles with soft, steamed chicken and crispy vegetable salad. This dish is served with special spicy sauce and black sesame sauce. It costs ¥1,680 and includes bread, coffee or tea, and a morsel gelato.



The
Snow Ice Pasta Namauni to Asparagus no Carbonara Spaghetti (carbonara spaghetti with fresh sea urchin and asparagus) is a delicious, cold carbonara spaghetti that’s served with fresh sea urchin, cheese, poached egg, and shaved ice asparagus cream sauce. It costs ¥2,520 and includes bread, coffee or tea, and a morsel of gelato.
