Check out their new collection for the anniversary.
To commemorate the 65th anniversary of Miffy (Usako-chan), a character created by children’s book author Dick Bruna, PARCO’s fashion project Haikei (Dear) Dick Bruna launched the ‘Natsu (Summer)’ Collection. This collection features various fashion items that are appropriate for the season with his illustrations as a graphic designer as the prints.

On its pre-sale last May 1, the collection surely attracted attention as the pieces were sold out. Now, the new Natsu Collection is out and it includes the ‘Natsu’ One-piece Shima Shima Blue (one size, ¥9,700), which is a dress that’s made based on what Miffy wore in the book Usako-chan to Umi, and the ‘Natsu’ T-shirt (two kinds, one size, ¥7,200) which is a bordered T-shirt that’s good for daily use.

With their fresh colors and casual designs, both items are definitely perfect for the summer and everyday wear. Aside from these pieces, there is also a limited item from the collection that will only be sold in exhibitions in the future and it’s called the ‘Zero’ T-shirt which has two designs.
The exhibition limited-item ‘Zero’ T-shirt is a must-have.
First is the E (Picture) with an illustration of Miffy writing a letter and second is the Shishu (Embroidery) which has an embroidery of Miffy on the chest. The designs were based on the picture book titled Usako-chan no Tegami designed by Kenshiro Muranaka who runs his original brand MAYFOOL. The print on the back is in Dutch which makes it look cute and cool.

They will also be available at each exhibition site of the 65th Anniversary Miffy Exhibition. (Some items may not be available in all sites.)
