Hasedera Temple
gets crowded with many worshippers all throughout the four seasons. However, the morning precincts can be quiet except for hydrangea season. The view during the morning from the viewing tower overlooking the sea is quite refreshing.


Hasedera Temple is located at 3-11-2 Hase, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. You may contact them at +81-467-22-6300. They are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. During March to September, they are open until 5 p.m. The admission fee for adults is
¥400. To get there, you can take a 5-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden Line) Hase Station.

Kosokuji Temple

Kosokuji Temple
is called Hana-no-Tera (flower temple) where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of all four seasons whenever you visit. This temple also has Aronia, which is over 200 years old. Take a walk among the lovely flowers in the precincts surrounded by warm morning light.


The main hall is surrounded by vegetation.


Restaurants where you can have breakfast are gradually increasing in number around Kamakura Station. You can enjoy a wide variety of cuisine for breakfast depending on your mood such as Taiwanese morning glory, Japanese set meals, bread, and coffee.


Kosokuji Temple is located at 3-9-7 Hase, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. You may reach them through +81-467-22-2077. They are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The admission fee for adults is
¥100. The temple is a 6-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden Line) Hase Station.

At night, it is JOJO's Taiwanese cuisine and nephew's bar time.


Bakute
(medical herb soup), Niku Kinoko Gayu (meat mushroom rice gruel) (small) and 3 side dishes ¥950 (tax included).


The shop serving rice gruel in the morning that has been operating in front of the West Exit of the station moved and reopened. Their breakfast is just the same as before with their carefully prepared rice gruel bowls and side dishes set from ¥500 including tax. With their new location, they also open their shop at night.

Taiwan Kitchen JOJO MARU is located at 2/F Shangri La Tsuruoka, 1-9-29 Yukinoshita, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. You may contact them at +81-467-22-7899. They are open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily except on Tuesdays and the first and third Wednesdays during breakfast, and Monday and Tuesday for dinner. The restaurant has a wide interior. You can enjoy drinking here in the morning.

Asakusa Shokudo
is a long-established restaurant that has been around since 1924. Early morning operations started back in 2012 when the third-generation restaurant owner was replaced. Locals and farmers from the nearby market Renbai love this restaurant and what it can offer from morning to evening.

The inside of the restaurant is surrounded by nature.


This restaurant is surrounded by plants. In here, you can feel the change and transition of the four seasons. Seasonal ingredients are used in their menu with the concept of “handmade seasonal products.” Spend a refreshing morning here on a terrace overlooking the garden.
