You Can Go Ice Skating at This Newly-Opened Facility in Osaka

A new facility for relaxation and play, connecting Ten-shiba and Tennoji Zoo Ten-shiba Gate, just opened in the Abeno-Tennoji area of Osaka. In addition to the events sponsored by the Tennoji Zoo, restaurants and activities have also become available to visitors, making it an area for both adults and children to enjoy.

Ten-shiba i: na is a new amusement area that boasts about 5,000 square meters of land. Aside from the PANZA Ten-shiba i: na, there are seven other stores here such as a homemade pie buffet restaurant, a BBQ facility, and the Tennoji MOONdSON street cafe, where you find foreign picture books and biological plant illustrations.
A large reef roof, with a total length of about 75 meters, covers the entire facility and serves as the new symbol of Tennoji Park.
Since the facility is also the exit gate of Tennoji Zoo, it has an after-show area for the zoo.
ZOIQLE, which has the theme of ANIMAL GOODS MUSEUM, sells various stuffed animals.

PANZA Ten-shiba i: na is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at sorarun! daily. The admission fees are as follows: ¥2,000 for noborun!, ¥3,000 for sorarun! Adventure Course, and ¥1,500 for the Playful Course.
CRISP & LUCE
If you and your family are feeling a little hungry after going around the facility, you can visit CRISP & LUCE, which offers more than 10 kinds of homemade pies and exciting, buffet-style grilled dishes. Besides this, the shop also serves more than 60 different kinds of dishes including salads, made directly from contracted farmers, and desserts such as gelato.

Meanwhile, the GARDENER'S TENNOUJI Ten-shiba i: na Store consists of a merchandise area that sells gift items such as plants and miscellaneous goods, as well as a café area where you can enjoy Western food lunches such as hamburgers, desserts, alcohol, and dinner.

From December 1, 2019 to February 17, 2020, the skating rink Tensuke will become available outside i: na.
In the skating rink, which is made of real ice, animal monuments are placed around. After shopping at Ten-shiba i: na, eating, or playing at Tennoji Zoo, you can easily stop by the rink to skate with your kids.

Tensuke is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays. The admission fees including rental ice skating shoes are as follows: ¥2,000 for a pair of a parent and a kid, ¥1,200 for middle schoolers and above, and ¥1,000 for kids from 4 years old to elementary school.
