The
Shima Spain Village, a popular Spanish town theme park in Japan, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. In line with this, it will be open during the summer (July 27 to August 31) to hold various events and activities such as the Night Parade and Night Spectacle. The park’s water plaza Chap Chap Lagoon also gets an upgrade to Jab Jab Lagoon this summer!

The gorgeous night parade España Carnival Adelante! fills the atmosphere with much excitement!

The park’s main event is the
ESTIVAL FESTIVAL: THE SUMMER FESTIVAL. The event was made even more spectacular and grand in celebration of Shima Spain Village’s 25th anniversary. From stunning night parades, new projection mapping, and colorful fireworks, you’ll definitely have a blast during your time here.

The new projection mapping on the World Festival, the “Sun & Moon Rhapsody”

The
Sun & Moon Rhapsody projection mapping on the three buildings facing Plaza Cibeles invites guests on a journey of light and music around the World Festival. It features amazing images accompanied by great music.

The Moonlight Finale is a spectacular fireworks and musical performance.

When the music announcing the 25th anniversary of the park starts playing, colorful fireworks will light up the night sky to create that dramatic finale.

In the Funsui Kiki Ippatsu, a fountain of water will come shooting out once you insert a sword in a hole on the ground. This and other fun water-based activities can be enjoyed at Jab Jab Lagoon.

The water playground Chap Chap Lagoon will be upgraded to Jab Jab Lagoon this summer and will feature attractions like the
Splash Water Cannon, the Funsui Kiki Ippatsu, and the Himawari (Sunflower) Mist. Don’t miss out on the fun!

In the Maze 25: Challenge from the Golden King, you must find the treasure hidden in an adventure sent forth by the Golden King!

Another attraction to look out for is the mysterious indoor maze,
Maze 25: Challenge from the Golden King. This will only be available until September 1, 2019. Go through various trials in the maze and solve the mystery using 25 hidden character clues!
